Berry Island, NSW

This project is located on the rocks of Berry Island Reserve, in Greenwich – on Sydney Harbour. Constructed in reference to the local Gadyan (Oyster Shell) middens, the form contrasts a 'rough' exposed exterior and 'smooth' plain interior to the roof structure. A way station with views toward the morning sun over North Sydney, this is a special place worthy of celebration.
